How Do I Place An Online Order?  You may place your Online Order by visiting our Online Store.  Please be sure to include all required information so your order is processed quickly.  

When Will I Receive My Order?  Once we receive your order and it is processed you will receive an email confirmation, usually within 12 hours.  We ship Perishable Items on Mondays and Tuesdays, unless one of those days fall on a Holiday.  You will receive your order within 2-3 days.  We ship Non Perishable Items 24 hours after we receieve your order.  Please allow 7-10 days to receive Non Perishable Items.

Do You Ship Minnows?  No. You may order minnows online and pay for minnows online, however, you must pick the minnows up at the Bait Stop.

Do You Ship Night Crawlers and Worms?  Yes, we ship Night Crawlers, Worms, Spikes, Mousee Grubs and Wax Worms, along with other products found in our Online Catalog.

What If My Bait Is Not Alive When I Receive It?  Please call our Customer Service Line immediately, within 24hrs if you have any questions or concerns.  We cannot offer refunds due to your package consisting of Live Bait, but we will send out a new package immediately.

Where Do You Ship?  We ship within the United States only.  Since most items are perishable, shipping outside the United States would cost a great deal more to the customer.

What If I Need Minnows?  Please contact Customer Service for a price quote.  You may order Minnows to be picked up at our local shop only.

How Are The Perishable Items Shipped?  All perishable items are shipped in a cooler and well packed depending on weather - wax worms,spikes & mousee's do not require a cooler during the winter months.

What Shipping Options Do I Have?  We use UPS and USPS for perishable and non perishable items.  We use USPS Priority for all States that are within a 2-3 day shipment from us.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?  We accept all Major Credit Cards, USPS Money Orders and Personal Checks.  We will only accept cash if you are picking your item up at the Bait Stop.

Can I Just Mail My Order To You?  Yes you can! Go through the checkout process, and select Check or USPS Money Order.  Print your order, mail it along with your payment to Da BaitStop - W18634 County Rd Q - Wittenberg Wis - 54499.  Mail orders are processed within 24 hours - shipped on the next shipping day.  If you want confirmation, please add your email address or phone number so we can confirm receipt of your order.
